    Fisher of Men (Eastern Shore Swingers Book 1) by Phoebe Alexander 4 Stars This is my first book by this author and will not be my last. This story was written very well and had somewhat of a smooth flow. I guess if I had any issue with the writing it would only be that there was quite a few paragraphs that were completely descriptive of the surroundings or thoughts that interrupted a conversation. I personally don't need all that in a book, but I know a lot of people like to get the feel of the surroundings while reading. Although it was written very well, I found myself skipping over those paragraphs. This is just personal preference and takes nothing away from the beautiful writing style of this author. I loved the characters. I felt Cap and Leah were both described in a way that didn't leave you wondering who they were. Cap lives a lifestyle that I have no understanding of and although I loved him for the man he was, I didn't like the lifestyle choice, again just personal preference. Leah I could understand a lot more as I wasn't raised the same way, but my beliefs are pretty much the same. I could definitely understand the battles she had going on inside herself. I knew what I wanted to happen at the end of this book early on and although it didn't happen exactly the way I wanted it to, it was enough to make me want to read the next in the series. I really can't wait to check out the rest of her books, this book dealt with something I don't understand or agree with, but to me it says a lot about an author’s talent that these few things I wasn't crazy about still has me adding her to my authors to follow list.
